Application:
This die cutting machine used to die cut pe coated paper, normal paper, corrugating paper and plasitc material, it applied to paper cup, paper box, medical package, wine package, food packages etc.
Feature:
1. Unwind air shaft controlled by pneuamtic brake, hydraulic loading
2. Servo motor control EPC device
3. Paper moving forward controlldy by servo motor
4. It can automatically fold and flatten paper which is near paper core and adjust different paper folding angle
5. Photoelectric eye trace paper to ensure synchronization of paper feeding speed and die cutting speed
6. Pneumatic locking system to make sure cutter not fall down
7. Die cutting cutter plate and cutter frame can be taken out simultaneously to save plate-changing time
8. When paper is in jam, it will alarm and machine stop automatically
9. Finished paper will pile up automatically, lower down automatically to keep piling height unchanged
10. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen which is convenient, we can set paper tension, paper feeding length, paper counting and automatic stop
